Position: A Teacher of English
My main responsibilities were putting together the methodological part and the content of the English classes for the kindergarten aged children and caring out the classes themselves.
May 2012 - May 2013 YMCA Pilgrim
Position: YMCA Camp Coordinator
My functions were to put together summer (as well as winter autumn and spring) camps, i.e. dealing with the campsite as YMCA Pilgrim does not have the site that they own; advertising the camp in order to attract the kids; putting together the staff; working out the program etc.

Position: Head of International Affairs
Role included at organizing at least one trip abroad per year for the YMCA members (dealing with all the organizational issues such as travel support, visa arrangements, contact with the overseas partners). One other responsibility was the travel support for the foreign guests coming for a visit to YMCA Pilgrim.

Role included taking care of the office everyday life, working with the customers, partners, taking care of the working schedule of the director, working with e-mails, post, phone calls.

I was a board member of the Youth Empowerment Space (YES). YES is a consultative group for young leaders (aged 18-30) of the YMCAs around Europe. Through my involvement with YES I have learned very valuable skills such as planning and organizing international events. It has raised my awareness of cross cultural communication and developed my leadership and conflict management skills.
2007 - current YMCA Pilgrim
I have been involved with the YMCA as long as I can remember myself. At the age of 17 I started volunteering at my local Y. First as a participant of the voluntary projects later as a coordinator of those. Projects include working with the local orphanages, pet's asylums and a house for elderly people. Was involved in the civil service programs such as environmental project. Serving the YMCA in my hometown influenced my personal characteristics a lot, taught me to find approach to different people, set the goals and rich them.
2015 – current YMCA Russia
In December 2015 I was elected on to the board of my national YMCA which I currently am a member of. Our national organization undergoes some changes at the moment and myself together with 5 other board members are facilitating the work that is being done. one of my responsibilities at the moment is communication with national and international participants of the Program Festival which is to take place in 2017. This position taught me to be flexible as we work in different time zones and with people of different age groups.

I have attended a few leadership seminars. I took part in a couple of peace-work conferences. I was a participant of a "Supervision in Youthwork" seminar.
