Bachelors degree from Westminster and Central London University. TEFL teacher certification at Zhuhai China Military academy of excellence. Secondary school to A levels.
Relevant experience I have worked as a foreign teacher of English here in China successfully for almost six years. Teaching students at all levels, adults seniors and juniors in all aspects of the English language including IELTS New Concept English etc.
Schools as foreign teacher
Waiyan language School,Tieling. June 2009 to January 2012.
Responsibilities. Include the planning of weekly lesson plan for students in advance. The teaching of oral use of correct grammar and listening aspects of the English language. Interviewing new students and grading. The teaching of adult groups in business English. Student groups for IELTS preparation of speaking and listening and one to one lessons. I enjoyed my time at Waiyan school and was successful and respected as a foreign teacher and received an excellent release and reference from the school.
Qiushi Middle School Tieling. March 2012 to June 2015.
Responsibilities. Reporting to the director to the head master would carry out duties as directed in accordance to the school curriculum. Teaching New Concept English to the senior students and Cambridge to the junior students. Working closely with the Chinese English teachers to ensure students gained maximum exposure and use to the English language in the lessons. I formed a very close working relationship with the teachers and students at Qiushi School giving respect and confidence to both was the key to great success for all. We also ran an English Corner each Sunday very successfully allowing the students to choose the topics within the school guide lines. I have also an excellent release and reference from Qiushi School.
