Duties:
• I served as a teaching assistant to Dr. D.K Aboagye who was the Head of the HR department in the school.
I was in charge of teaching the some of his classes in the first and second years under his direction. I invigilate and mark most of his assignments.

Duties:
• I was part of the team that worked on the migration of FC workers on to the Single spine Salary structure
• Was in charge of employees Car Maintenance Allowance and employees Work Man Compensation

• Advised the Executive Director based on a careful study of the investigation committees report on various disciplinary issues
• I was also part of the audit team that audited the Plantation Production Certificate (receipt) that was given to timber contactors
• Was part of the team that planned the retirement package for some retired Directors and Secretaries
• Awarding and renewing of Certificates and permits for timber contractors at the Company’s Registry where I worked.
