o My responsibilities as an ESL / TEFL teacher at the Samsung group in Gwanghyewon was to improve the conversational skills of a group of employees working on the construction of the Olympic Training Centre, as mandated by the Samsung company.
o Creation and implementation of personalized lesson plans for a class of students ranging from beginner to upper intermediate skill levels.
o Creating situations for real world application of their improving skills.
o Evaluation and report of student progress.
WEBSITE DESIGNER AND ADMINISTRATOR, AURORO PSO STELLENBOSCH UNIVERSITY

o IT and tech support to Aurora PSO House Committee members and office.
o Working in conjunction with Stellenbosch University IT department.
o Designing and maintaining Aurora PSO (Private Student Organization) website using Oracle.
o Implementing HTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP for Web site re-design.
o Installation and maintenance of Aurora PSO office network and computers.
o Installation and maintenance of Aurora PSO office Multifunctional Devices.
o Technical activities and responsibilities included network integration, maintenance, and administration for network-related technologies and devices according to PSOs needs specifications.
o Diagnosing problems (software or hardware related) and resolving issues in a cost-efficient manner.
o Responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of the PSO network and website.
o Final duties included training replacement in the general systems and insuring the continued stability of systems and network before final handover.

2010 ELECTIONS WEBSITE DESIGNER AND ADMINISTRATOR

o Designing website for the 2009 / 2010 Student Representative Council Elections using Oracle and implementing HTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP.
o Creating an interactive design to allow voters to view candidate biographies and introduction videos.
o Creating a voting platform in conjunction with the IEC (Independent Electoral Commission) to ensure valid and anonymous voting.
o Responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of the SRC Elections website until the election process was completed.
