· Assistant to the Office Manager

· Front of house and meeting on arrival high net worth clients, maintaining a profesional and confidential rapport with them, assisting them during their visit to the office

Burberry, Knightsbridge. Luxury sales consultant in the Menswear department

· My role included showcasing the mens tailoring department, providing excellent customer service and cultivating strong relationships with clients

· After 3 months working for the company, I was trained to be a Tailoring Specialist, where I assisted 2 tailors with the alteration of suits for Burberry clients

· My role involves being a strong communicator, supporting my colleagues and providing in-house training for new starters 

April 2012 – August 2012

Au Pair for an Italian family in Rome

· Teaching English to 3 Italian children aged 9 to 11. The skills acquired looking after the children were time management, leadership and patience 

· Teaching 3 Young Learners how to communicate in the English language and develop their skills of learning grammatical structures, vocabulary and improving their fluency

· Completed an intensive Italian language course learning the language, history and culture of Italy

· Completing the online 140 hour TEFL qualification.

· Learning in depth theoretical methods on how to teach foreign language learners of all ages

· Reading extra material supporting the information provided by TEFL, gaining a wealth of knowledge in teaching English at an advanced, excellent and professional level 

· Successfully passing progress reviews and completing the final exam with over 90%

20 hour UK-TEFL intensive training course (Certified)

· Intensive 2-day training course focusing on lesson planning, grammar, motivating students and different teaching methods

· Participating in activities which can be used within the classroom, thus being in the shoes of the learner. As a language learner myself I am empathetic with the student as I know what makes a good teacher, what is motivating in the classroom and also the time and dedication it takes to learning a foreign language.
