Over the southern region I was a public house manager who provided coverage when other managers were sick or on holidays. I worked within Ember Inns, Ember Pub and Dining, Sizzling Restaurants and Harvesters. Working for CPM in the Home Entertainment - BVHE account.
Managed a team of 8 permanent part time Retail Development Executives and 2 permanent part time Retail Development Support Executives.
Responsible for the coverage, auditing procedures, recruitment, training and budget for the team in a territory that covers the entire South Coast of England. Calling on WHSmith, Woolworths and TESCO stores for our client as well as ad-hoc Disney Consumer Products and associated tactical work.
Had a call file of 273 stores covered on a four week cycle with some calls being called upon weekly, others four weekly.
Responsible for ensuring competitor activities were monitored in line with policies and procedures.
Accountable for all mystery price checking done on competitor price points on a weekly basis in all chains.

Whilst in Australia I worked as a sales representative for Berri Fruit Juices, a FMCG manager in Franklins Supermarkets and, upon leaving school, was a commissioned officer in the Royal Australian Navy.
