Responsibilities: court interpreting, legal translations, technical translations of web sites, Russian tuition to a group of 8 German students in Belfast; simultaneous conference interpreting for international seminars on political issues in Brussels (2007-2012) and in Portugal, Lisbon (2012).
2006- 2007 – Tutor of English and Russian languages; Tula State Pedagogical University (Russia) (1 year contract)
Responsibilities: teaching English language to Russian students and Russian language to foreign students (including Russian tuition to a group of 12 students from Cameroon), developing blueprint of Russian language course for foreign students.

Responsibilities: maintaining high level of customer care according to company policy, dealing with customers requests and complaints, working as a member of team to deliver and develop customer care standards, recording and reporting on my performance and customer satisfaction levels.
1998-1999 – Customer Care/Support Consultant, Lernout & Haupsie, Dublin, Ireland
Responsibilities: providing technical support for a range of software applications specialising in speech recognition and translation software, reception and secretarial duties, dealing with a range of calls from UK, France and Benelux region. I was the first person in Europe to support this range of products, including trial version of software, in Dutch language. This meant serious responsibilities in relation to feedback to software developers.
Short-term contract work for Compaq (Customer Service Representative for Benelux), Xerox (Technical Support Representative), Novell (License Sales Specialist) and CitiBank (Credit Controller with languages), all in Dublin.
1991, 1993-1997 – Free- lance Russian language tutor, free-lance translator/interpreter, Rotterdam, Netherlands
Responsibilities: conference interpreter, assisting interpreter to the President of the Russian Central Bank during her visit to the Netherlands in 1997 as well as participation in localisation and legal interpreting, language tuition (including Russian tuition to a group of 10 Dutch students).

Responsibilities: establishing and maintaining office systems and provision of secretarial services, dealing with members of public in reception capacity, maintaining  high standards of confidentiality. I have created this company’s filing system.

Translator for Belorussian Chernobyl Children charity (co. Down, Northern Ireland)
Volunteer work with Multicultural Resource Centre (Belfast), with Integrating Ireland (within Immigration Manual working group) (Dublin- Athlone, Ireland).
English language tutor for Eastern European migrant workers (Downpatrick, co. Down, Northern Ireland)
Responsibilities: translating letters to and from host parents, providing support for migrant workers, translating materials aimed to provide orientation and help to migrant workers, helping migrant workers to improve their English language skills.
