Laboratory skills  Gene-knockdown  Isolation, characterization and identification of soil & plant associated rhizobacteria and pathogenic bacteria and fungi.  Biological control of plant disease and growth promotion by rhizobacteria/ PGPR.  Extraction of DNA/ RNA and Proteins (including cytoplasmic, inner and outer-membrane proteins) from all plant tissues and microbes.  Can efficiently run all sort of PCRs including RT-PCR, conventional, gradient and touch-down PCR.  Electrophoresis such as SDS-PAGE, Agarose and 2D Gel Electrophoresis (for proteins).  In-vitro plant regeneration via plant tissue and organ culture.  Biofilm Assays for PGPR and pathogenic bacteria  Effect of different growth-regulators on plant growth and antioxidant scavenging activities of plant tissues.  Other mechanism based assays used in plant pathology and tissue culture lab. 教育经历 2002 Matric (Science group) Govt.
