This is a very harding working english teacher from Africa, he always work very hard and have no complains, this is such a patient teacher that i ever known, i really respect him so much and also admire him a lot, he is a very smart guy and he knows that he is a african and not the english native speaking countrys, so he must work harder than others and then may gain some chances to earn money here in china, i also know him through one of my foreign friend, she introduce him to me and said that he is in need of jobs, and he can work anywhere in china, and can accept any level of salary, so he just need some help that to get him a job, so i helped him to contact some schools in china, and also contacted some job agencys, so he trusted me and i also cooperate with him very well, and after some conversation with him that i get to know he really need a job so urgently and need earn money as soon as possible, so at first i am not sure if can help him get a job or not, u just told him that i can try to help him but i am not sure, so he also knows about this clearly, and he is also waiting for my reply.

So i just made some phone calls to some of the job agencys and ask them if they have any jobs available for him, and finally i got a suitable job for him, the school is in guizhou, a little bit far from where he is now, so first i was afraid that he may not willing to go there, but he told me that he can go, no matter what and where he can just go and take the job, so at that moment i just felt that he is really a kind of hard working teacher that does not care about the salary and the location, just get a job and get salary its all enough for him, he is satisfy with this, so i just admire him more, and i told him that after he finish the contract with the school in guizhou, and if he does not want to working there anymore then i can help him get another job, so he also appreciate that and told me i already helped him a lot, and if there is anything he will let me know at the first place, i said it is ok, he should not worry about this.

So after that, i just told him to go and buy the train ticket to the school direct, and i just afraind he can not speak chinese very well, and there may have some problems when he buy the ticket in the train station, so what i did is this, first of all i sent a message to his phone, and type the destination name in both chinese and english, so that when he is in the train station buying the ticket, if he can not explain to them very well, he can just show them the message i sent and then they will definately know clearly where he is going to, and will get him the correct train ticket, cause i had a expericences before that one of my foreign friend that bought the wrong ticket and arrives the wrong place, so it is the wasting of time and money to do this, so i just did the right thing for him, and to make sure that he is getting the correct ticket and also make sure that the will finally get to the school without any problems.

So after he bought the right ticket and i asked him to send me the picture of his ticket, because normally it has to be done like this, i know that it seams like as if i am not trust him, but there is nothing i can do, it has to be like this, i trusted him personally but the school need to see his ticket copy and then they will be sure that this teacher is really coming so that they can stop searching for others, so i just told him to send me the ticket picture and he did it, the excuse i told him is this that the school is asking about it, because they want to know when you will arrives the school so that they can pick you up at the train station and also will be preparing the accomodation for you, and be ready to welcome at the school, so he just send it without any doubt, because he reply on me and trusted me so much, and he is also listening to all i said to him, so after i got his ticket i just sent it to the school direct and they are so happy when they saw this, and also told me that they will be preparing the aprtment for him now and also will be arrange someone to pick him up at the train station, so they told me that now everything is ok and i should not worry about anything else, and now they are just waiting for his arrival.
