职位描述：
Job description:
1. Teaching English to 3-12-year-old children in English, cultivating students' English thinking;
2. According to the course arrangement, fully prepare lessons, complete teaching tasks with quality and quantity;
3. Feedback the children's school performance and learning situation to the teaching team leader and communicate effectively;
4. Organize open class regularly to show the teaching effect;
5. Obey the dispatching arrangement of school and department;
6. Actively participate in various training, teaching and research, lectures and conferences organized by schools and departments.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in English or English education is preferred;
2. More than 1-2 years' English teaching experience is preferred;
3. English ability: standard pronunciation, fluent oral expression ability, accurate written expression ability;
4. Love, willing to devote themselves to education, bring positive influence to children;
5. Love children's English education, have their own understanding and ideas of education industry;
6. Proactive, optimistic, aggressive, willing to share and help others.
工作内容：
Class form: teaching children English in class, 3-12 years old
上课形式：课堂教授幼少儿英语，3-12岁小朋友
Teaching time: 90 minutes / class, the number of classes per week is at
10-20 classes, with a total teaching time of no more than 25 hours per week.
授课时间：90分钟/节课，每周上课节数在10-20节课，每周授课总时长不超过25小时。
Course arrangement: teaching according to the school schedule
课程安排：根据学校排课表进行授课
Working hours: weekdays and Tuesdays, working at 13.30 p.m. from Wednesdays to Fridays, leaving work at 20.30 p.m., leaving work at 9:00 a.m. on Saturdays and 18:00 a.m. on Sundays.
工作时间：周一周二双休，每周三至周五下午13.30分上班，晚上20.30分下班，周六上午9点上班18点下班，周日上午8.30分上班18点下班。
Class size: no more than 10 students in each class
班级人数：每个班级学生人数不超过10人
Teaching content: prepare lessons according to school textbooks
教学内容：根据学校教材进行备课上课
薪资待遇：
Salary: according to the teaching experience and teaching quality, it is temporarily 15K
薪资待遇：根据授课经验及授课质量决定，暂定15K
Salary payment: the salary of last month will be paid on the 10th of each month
薪资发放：每月10号发上月工资
Accommodation: excellent can provide accommodation
住宿情况：优秀者可提供住宿
外教中介佣金和发放方式：
每个外教的悬赏赏金为非母语8000元 母语14000元整，外教到岗7日内支付50%给外教中介机构，外教到岗满30日付清余款。
注意：
外教三个月之内因自身原因或者外教中介方原因离职，需要免费更换一名。
