单位简介：
优思迪国际成立于2013年，以英国牛津大学出版社为依托，教学及管理团队由教育专家、管理专家和拥有职业资格的资深外籍专家组成。我们专注于3-15岁青少年英语培训，目前在广东地区有4个校区，分别为韶关市新丰县青少年宫校区，新丰县极上国际校区，广州番禺大石校区和广州荔湾校区，学生人数1500多名。
优思迪国际告别了传统的写字黑板，采用全新的电子互动白板，全英文小班制教学，生动而有趣，让孩子们在玩的过程中学习，更能锻炼孩子们的听说读写的技能；丰富的课外英语主题活动，提供了不同的平台让孩子们在现实生活中使用英语。
招聘条件：
外教国籍：
Native or Non-native English speaker with good pronunciation.
英语为母语/非母语的外籍教师（需有良好的发音）。
外教个人情况：
1. has rich experience in teaching children/adults English，Enjoy teaching，good communication， organization and management skills.
有丰富教学经验，热爱教学，语言表达能力强，有组织能力能够调动学员的积极性，善于与学员沟通者优先。
2. strong personal charisma, sense of humor, knowledge widely;， be responsible for and be patient with students， be willing to cooperate with colleagues with good teamwork spirit.
具有独特的个人魅力，幽默感，对待教学持有耐心、认真的工作态度; 具体团队合作精神。

外教资历：
1.Bachelor degree or above.
本科及以上学历
2.TEFL or TESOL certificates are required.
要求有TEFL 或者 TESOL 证书
3.Priority will be given to the individual (Chinese or Foreigners) with a diploma in children education from overseas.
有海外幼教学历者优先考虑
4.Teaching background is an advantage.
有教育经验者优先考虑
工作内容：
教学时间：Work time:5 working days a week, about 20 hours office time+ 20 hours lesson time.
教授内容：
- Giving proper lessons to the students.
对学生授课
-Lessons preparation.
备课
-Classroom set-up.
布置教室
-Keeping teaching equipment in good conditions.
保管好教具
-Enrollment activities.
配合招生活动
学生年龄：Teaching kids for 4- to 15-year-olds.
薪资待遇：
薪资及发放方式：
1.基本工资为每月12,000元(税后) (到校正式上课之日起算起)
Basic salary monthly RMB12,000 (after tax) (Starts on the 1st day of teaching at the assign school.)
2.每月15日发放上月工资，如遇双休日或国家节假日则顺延。
Salary of last month will be paid on 15th every month, the payday may be postponed when encountering the weekend or national holidays.
3合作满一年后，乙方愿意继续合作的，基本工资在原来基础上提高5%-10%。
If Party B is willing to cooperate with Party A when the contract expires, the basic salary will be raised 5%-10%.
住宿：甲方为乙方提供单身公寓，并承担相应的水电费。Party A provides Party B with an apartment and undertakes the bills of electricity and water.
假期：暑假、寒假分别有10天带薪假期。There are 10 days paid holiday in summer holiday or winter holiday.
签证：Offer Z visa
其他：甲方将为乙方熟悉当地教育系统提供相关培训，乙方享受当地向导及集体短途旅行福利。
Party A will offer Party B relevant training sessions so that Party B could be familiar with local educational system as soon as possible. Party B will also enjoy a privilege of local guide and excursion.
外教中介佣金和发放方式：
每个外教的悬赏赏金非母语7000元，母语9000元，外教到校一个月内结清。
注意：
外教三个月内因自身原因或外教中介方原因走掉，需要免费换一名。
