Position Vacancies
Youth English Teacher (Seed Program)
Vacancy: 1 teacher
l Starting Date: 2022 Sep
l Responsibilities: Youth (5 to 17 years old) English teaching and tutoring, students‘ assessment, etc.
l Working Schedule: 23-25 teaching hours and 2 days off per week. Possible teaching hours are 16:00 to 21:00 during the week and 08:00 to 20:00 on the weekends.
l Class size: 5 to 15 in one class.
l Office hour: Not required, around 8 hours per week for weekly meetings or trainings.
l Requirement:
Ø Degree: BA and above. With youth English teaching experience.
Ø Age: 20 to 50.
Ø Contract: 1-3 years
Ø Qualification: TEFL or TESOL or teaching experiences.
l Payment
Ø Salary: RMB18000-22000 per month, (before tax, including all)
Ø Accommodation: Provide 1st month dorm for free if not in summer time.
Ø Holidays: 16 paid holidays including public holidays.
Ø Visa: Working visa, (must provide proper documents required)
Ø Medical: Medical insurance and annual health check.
Travel Bonus: RMB9000 after every 12 months’ service.
受聘方如有家属随行，费用自理。
外教中介佣金和发放方式：
每个外教的悬赏赏金为母语10000元整，外教到岗7日内支付50%给外教中介机构，外教到岗满30日付清余款
注意：
外教三个月内因自身原因或外教中介方原因离职，需要免费补一名。
