招聘条件：
Candidates Requirements:

•Ability to command the attention of groups of children in an engaging and compelling manner
•Energetic, enthusiastic, animated approach to storytelling and delivering content to learners
•Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high-change work environment
• candidates from US, UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand ,South Africa;
• B.A. Degree (needs to be legalized by Chinese consulate in home country) + TEFL/TESOL certificate
• Non-criminal certificate(valid for 6 months after the issuance date)
外教国籍： 美国，英国，加拿大，爱尔兰，新西兰，澳大利亚，南非
外教学历：本科及以上学历
外教个人情况：有教学经验，活泼开朗，到岗公司提供培训，有责任心，发音纯正，稳定性好，男女不限，喜欢孩子
合同期：一年及以上
外教资历：符合办理工作签证的要求
工作内容：
工作时间：5天工作2天休息，工作日下午3:30 –晚上8:30，周末上午9：00 –下午18:00 （午餐时间1小时），每周工作时间为31小时，其中15个教学课时（45分钟/课时），其余为办公时间，不是弹性工作，如有加班工资是叠加给的，具体以KPI考核为准。

薪资待遇：
薪资和发放方式： 税前25K-30K，包含住宿补贴，发放到银行卡
住宿：已包含
假期休假：除国定假日的11天外，还有10天的带薪年假，3天带薪病假
机票报销：无
签证办理：校方承担
其他福利：合同完成奖金6000，续约奖金4000，境外入职母语外教，入职后发放5000元生活费。试用期2个月，试用期后奖金：800-4500/月，第一天入职就有医疗保险。
受聘方如有家属随行，费用自理。
外教中介佣金和发放方式：
“每个外教的悬赏赏金为13000-15000元整，具体根据外教的个人情况，可议，外教到岗14日内付清中介费。”
注意：
需按平台合同，无法另签协议，集团公司审批较慢。
外教到岗2个月之内因自身原因或者外教中介方原因离职，需要免费更换一名。
