招聘条件：

Qualifications and requirements:
First Language is English
From below countries:
United States, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand etc. Bachelor’s degree or above

At least 3 year teaching experience or related experience TEFL/TESOL/CELTA Certificate (120 hrs)
28to 50 years old
Willing to work irregular hours ( weeknights and weekends) Punctual ,outgoing and enthusiastic work attitude

Notarized and clean criminal background check, valid within 6 months

Benefits:
Base salary ( RMB12000 to 20000 per month during first year) with bonus depends on experience and qualification

外教学历：本科以上

外教个人情况：无犯罪记录，

合同期：一年一签

工作内容：

At Saint Princeton International English Xuzhou, we teach a maximum of 25 hours per week and students ages are 3 years old and up. Our class sizes are small, meaning that we know our students very well and they can reach their potential well also. Out of class, we track students’ developments and learning needs, following up to students’ learning process and providing advices to help students improve further.

We are preparing for our lessons, with the use of advanced technology and  materials of teacher notes, flashcards assessments, songs and videos etc.

5 working days per week

Maximum 25 teaching hours per week

Class size :5-10 students (ages:3 and up)

学生年龄：age 3yrs and up

班级人数：小班制，每班不超过15人

坐班情况：No more than 35 working hours per week and no more than 25 teaching hours per week

薪资待遇：

薪资和发放方式：12-20 k，根据外教情况具体商议,每月10日发上一月工资

住宿：提供住宿

假期休假：每年共17 天假期

机票报销：每年报销一次来回机票

签证办理：不提供

医疗和意外保险：买保险

其他：受聘方如有家属随行，费用自理。

外教中介佣金和发放方式：

每个外教的悬赏赏金为7000元整，外教到岗14日内支付50%给外教中介机构，外教到岗满30日付清余款

注意：

外教三个月内因自身原因或外教中介方原因离职，需要免费换一名。
