单位简介：

Seed program is a new youth English education brand located in Zhuhai, belongs to GIVE group, which has 19 years’ development in English education. Seed helps our scholars improve their English ability and communication skills before they go abroad to study.

Seed Program was founded in Sept, 2013. Within 4 years’ development, we have 5 centers now and will have another two new open in September. All Seed centers are located in downtown of Zhuhai. We serve more than 1000 scholars in Seed program every year and our students renew rate is up to 90%. Good reputation brings more and more scholars to us. Seed also does some community and public school outreach programs all over the city and people believe that Seed can really help their kids in their family English learning process. We have 11 full time foreign teachers and over 30 Chinese academic employees now. Under GIVE, our brother company GLV has more than 30 foreign teachers working on a TIE adult program.      

招聘条件：

（1）外教国籍：来自英，美，加，澳，新等英语为母语国家。

（2）外教学历：本科以上学历，有青少年相关英语教学经验。

（3）外教个人情况：年龄在20-60岁，性别，肤色不限。

（4）合同期：1－3年，按法定节假日休息另有22天带薪年假。

（5）外教资历：需要具备英语教学证书（如TEFL），专业为语言类专业，有一到两年或以上非母语国家青少年英语教学经验。

工作内容：

（1）工作时间：每周不超过22教学课时。周一到周五安排2天休息。

（2）教授课程：英语（含相关的级别测试、英语角活动、试听课等）

（3）学生年龄：6岁到17岁

（4）班级人数：小班制，每班不超过8人

（5）坐班情况：除上课时间外，每周不超过8小时行政工作小时（会议和培训等）。

薪资待遇：

（1）薪资和发放方式：10000-15000/月。

（2）住宿：自理

（3）假期休假：法定假＋带薪年休假22天

（4）机票报销：自理

（5）签证办理：工作签，学校办理。

（6）医疗和意外保险：学校购买，年度免费体检。

（7）旅游和交通：满年福利旅行津贴9000元。

（8）助教：无

（9）受聘方如有家属随行，费用自理。

外教中介佣金和发放方式：

每个外教的悬赏赏金为母语外教7000-8000元整，非母语外教5000-6000元整，外教到岗15日内支付给外教中介机构

注意：

外教三个月内因自身原因或外教中介方原因离职，需要免费换一名。
