We are a learning community consisting of teachers from every continent of the world providing students with not just language skills but also values of fairness and justice without prejudice for anyone with different cultures, accent, skin colors or age."Our aim is not only to provide language training, but to expose our students to a wide range of world cultures and deepen their knowledge and appreciation of diverse societies."
Our goal is to create a learning community characterized by cooperation, a spirit of service and mutual respect among learners, teachers and staff. At GLV, our students don't just study language but are given the total experience of living in a new language environment. Whichever language is being learned, we are immersed in that language through a combination of formal classes, informal study groups, social activities and evening programs. Even at meal times, during sports or leisure periods, all communication is in the target language.
GLV was established in 1998. It offers an intensive, immersion experience with classes and activities to adult (15 years and above). The main program is the full-time immersion courses from Monday through Friday 8:30am – 19:00pm. It runs session by session (2 weeks is one session). The classes range from formal textbook oriented sessions to informal discussion groups and leisure activities which covers communication and business English. We also provided part-time (evening and weekend) programs.
GLV is located in downtown of Zhuhai. We serve 20- 30 classes each term (two-weeks), To give the best quality of instruction our classes are kept small and limited to a maximum of 15 participants in the skills classes. Our staff and students come from many countries around the world and this multi-cultural mix enriches the experience for all.
We have more than 30 full time foreign teachers and more than 30 of Chinese academic employees now.
招聘条件：
（1）外教国籍：来自英，美，加，澳，新等英语为母语国家。
（2）外教学历：本科以上学历，有成人英语相关教学经验，交际英语和商务英语为佳。
（3）外教个人情况：年龄在24-57岁，性别、肤色不限。
（4）合同期： 3年，每年25天带薪休假（含法定节假日）。
（5）外教资历：需要具备英语教学证书（如TEFL），专业为语言类专业，有一到两年或以上非母语国家英语教学经验。
工作内容：
（1）工作时间：每周25教学课时。每周2天休息。
（2）教授课程：交际英语或商务英语（含相关的级别测试、英语角活动、试听课等）
（3）学生年龄：15岁及以上
（4）班级人数：每班15人左右
（5）坐班情况：不要求坐班（除定期例会和培训外），要备课。
薪资待遇：
（1）薪资和发放方式：12500-16000/月。
（2）住宿：无（入职第一个月可提供免费住房过渡）
（3）假期休假：全年带薪假期25天（含11天法定节假日）
（4）机票报销：无
（5）签证办理：学校负责办理工作证和工作居留许可
（6）医疗和意外保险：学校购买，年度免费体检。
（7）旅游和交通：每工作满年可享有旅行津贴9000元。
（8）助教：无
（9）受聘方如有家属随行，费用自理。
外教中介佣金和发放方式：
每个外教的悬赏赏金为母语外教6000-8000元整，非母语外教4000-6000元整，外教到岗30日内支付给外教中介机构
注意：
外教三个月内因自身原因或外教中介方原因离职，需要免费换一名。
