Joy World International Education（嘉沃教育） was founded in early 2008. When examination-oriented education gained popularity in China, Joy World was developed under the guidance of senior experts in education who were focused on North American academic education. Joy World pioneered in introducing the original American education and curriculum system, and established the North American classroom learning and spread North American cultural immersion to our Chinese students. Our goal is to cultivate students’international awareness with professional academic education covering different subjects with a focus on the individualized learning style clubs for both children and teenagers, conducting many indoor and outdoor interactive activities so that students can experience the atmosphere of international schools and learning styles. 招聘条件：
母语为英语国家的外教
外教国籍：美国，加拿大，澳大利亚，爱尔兰，南非
外教学历：本科
合同期：一年，两年
外教资历：TEFL/TESOL
工作内容：
工作时间：每周安排大约22节课，每节课45分钟。两天双休，但是不一定是周末。
教授课程：英语口语
学生年龄：3-12
班级人数：小班制，每班不超过12人
坐班情况：除上课时间外，坐班。
薪资待遇：
薪资和发放方式： 13k,每月10日发上一月工资
住宿：提供住宿补贴2000每月
假期休假：法定休假日，外加圣诞休假
机票报销：报销单程
签证办理：办理签证
医疗和意外保险：安排医疗保险
助教：有
受聘方如有家属随行，费用自理。
外教中介佣金和发放方式：
每个外教的悬赏赏金为7000元整，外教到岗7日内支付50%给外教中介机构，外教到岗满30日付清余款
注意：
外教三个月内因自身原因或外教中介方原因离职，需要免费换一名。
