外教中介佣金及发放方式：
母语国家白人外教悬赏奖金8000元，外教到岗10日内支付50%给外教中介机构，外教到岗满30日付剩余50%的余款。RMB8000 agent fee for school approved English native speakers. 50% payable to the agent 10 days upon arrival of the foreign teacher at the school and the remaining 50% on the 30th day of arrival of the foreign teacher at the school.
注意事项：
1、外教三个月内因自身原因或外教中介方原因离职的，需要免费换一名同等资历的外教。Should the teacher leave within 3 months due to his/her personal reason or reason due to the placement agency, the placement agency agrees to provide a replacement teacher free of charge.
2、更换外教需两周内到岗，否则中介需付每名外教悬赏奖金一半作为违约金支付给甲方。Should the Teacher send by the agent fail to meet the School requirement and standard, the replacement teacher has to arrive at work with the School within 2 weeks, else the agent agrees to return 50% of the agent fee as restitution to the School.
