单位简介：

Our company focus on drama education training for children and adolescents aging from 3 to 18 years old. We are dedicated to improving their abilities to know themselves, stimulate their creativity, build their confidence and speak fluent oral English. The aim is to cultivate a correct value for the Chinese children to get in touch with the world and envision the variety of the multicultural art in the world.

Here is the details of the Recruitment:

我们专注于对3-18岁的幼儿和青少年进行戏剧教育培训。通过戏剧教学提高孩子认识自我，增强创造力、自信、口头表达等能力。为中国儿童搭建认识及感知世界多元文化艺术、树立儿童正确价值观。

招聘条件：

1. Native English speaker ( American, British, Canadian, or  preferred)

1. 英语为母语的外籍教师（英国、美国、加拿大人士优先考虑）；

2. Bachelor/'s degree or above.

2. 拥有学士或以上学位 ；

3.The drama education experience is preferred

3.有戏剧教育经验的优先

4. The candidate should love teaching, be responsible for and be patient with students, be willing to cooperate with colleagues with good teamwork spirit.

4. 热爱教学事业，敬业主动，对待教学持有耐心、认真的工作态度; 具体团队合作精神；

5.Have sense of humor, and long –term cooperation intentions, highly motivated and goal orientation.

工作内容：

Employment type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

工作职责

1. To prepare and provide Demo classes as required.

课前备课并按照需求提供教学示范课

2. To help students to improve the ability of using English

帮助学生提高英语实际运用能力.

3. To improve the comprehensive abilities with drama and to show the children the charm of drama.

用戏剧教育提高孩子的综合能力，感受戏剧的魅力。

4. To create and sustain a happy atmosphere to attract children to involve them in the class.

在教授过程中保持课堂的活跃气氛并确保所有学生都融入到课堂当中

5. Responsible for the drama teaching and rehearsing.

负责戏剧教学及排练演出.

工作时间：每周上5天休息两天，周六日不休息

教授课程：英文戏剧

学生年龄：3-12

班级人数：小班制，每班不超过10人

坐班情况：10:00-19:00 OR 13:00-20:00

薪资待遇：

待遇与福利：

1. Salary: 20000 per month

1.工资：20k/ 月 ，每月15日发放
2. Working time: 10:00a.m. - 19:00p.m.

2.工作时间：10:00 - 19:00
3. Work location: ChangYang in FangShan District

3.工作地点：北京市房山区长阳

4. Rest: on Monday, Tuesday; there will be exchanging holiday based on the national holiday  according to the company.

4.休息：周一、周二 、国家法定节假日会按照公司情况调休。

5.年底奖金

P.s. Company will provide “Manual for living in China” for the foreign teachers and employees, including daily way and routine, 24-hour convenience stores, near large supermarkets, shopping plaza, near gym and restaurants, hospitals and other comprehensive guidance.     

附：公司会为外籍教师和外籍员工准备“中国生活手册” 包含日常出行方式、路线、 24小时便利店看、附近大型超市、购物广场、健身房、小吃餐馆、医院、等综合指南。

外教中介佣金和发放方式：

每个外教的悬赏赏金为6000-8000元整，外教到岗7日内支付50%给外教中介机构，外教到岗满30日付清余款

注意：

外教三个月内因自身原因或外教中介方原因离职，需要免费换一名。
