Harbin Highbird Foreign Language School was established in 2013,which is a professional English training school with seven foreign teachers , and the foreign teachers’ nationalities include British, American, and Canadian. Some foreign teachers have been working at Highbird for 10 years.
哈尔滨市海博外国语学校2013年建校。专业的英语培训学校，现有外教7名，国籍是英国、美国、加拿大。现有外教在海博英语学校已经工作10年之久。
Recruitment requirements:
招聘条件：
Foreign nationality: native speaker, Caucasian
外教国籍：母语白人
Education: Bachelor degree or above
外教学历：本科及以上
Personal situation: meet the work visa
外教个人情况：符合工签
Contract period: one year or two years
合同期：一年或者两年
Qualification: have two years and above work experience
外教资历：有两年及以上工作经历
Work :
工作内容：
Working hours: about 25 hours , usually 2 days’ off a week;during winter and summer vacation :one day off a week.
工作时间：25小时-30小时左右,平时每周休息2天，寒暑假期间每周休息一天

Students age: 14 years old or older
学生年龄：14岁以上
Class size: 8 students, 20 students

The office working hour: don’t need to come to the office,if you don’t have classes.
坐班情况：除上课时间外，不坐班。
Salary treatment:
薪资待遇：
Salary and payment methods: 15k per month, the salary of this month will be paid off on the 10th day of the next month
薪资和发放方式： 12k-15k,每月10日发上一月工资
Accommodation: provide accommodation subsidy: 1,500 yuan per month
住宿：提供住房补贴1500元每月
Holidays: Same as domestic holidays
假期休假：和国内假期相同
机票报销：5000
Visa transaction: provided by the school
签证办理：学校负责
Medical and accident insurance: provided by the school
医疗和意外保险：学校负责
Assistant: no assistant, the students can understand

Foreign teacher agency commission and payment method:
外教中介佣金和发放方式：
The reward for foreign teacher agency of each foreign teacher is 6000-7000 yuan, and it will be paid 10days after the foreign teachers come to work.
每个外教的悬赏赏金为6000-7000元整，外教到岗10日内支付给外教中介机构
Tips:
If the foreign teacher leaves within three months due to his/her personal reasons, or some reasons of the foreign teacher agency , the agency should change one for free.
注意：
外教三个月内因自身原因或外教中介方原因离职，需要免费换一名。
