The Etonkids Educational Group is a collaboration of experts in the fields of education,research, and school management established by alumni of Harvard and Northwestern universities, with representatives of international Montessori organizations. The Etonkids International Educational Group operates two school brands: Etonkids and Orchard kindergartens. Each Etonkids campus offers one of three Etonkids school programs: Etonkids International Kindergarten, Etonkids Bilingual Kindergarten, or Etonkids Huizhi Kindergarten.

招聘条件：

外教国籍: 母语（最好是母白）

外教学历：本科及以上

外教个人情况：有TEFL/TESOL或者两年以上相关全职工作经验（可办理工签）

合同期：2年

工作内容：

工作时间：周一-周五 08：00-17：00 午休一小时

教授课程：英语

学生年龄：2-6岁

班级人数：每班不超过25人

坐班情况：需要坐班

薪资待遇：

薪资和发放方式：北京&上海18000以上（税后,含房补）,每月10日发上一月工资

其他城市 17000以上 (税后，含房补) ，每月10日发上一月工资

福利：孩子上幼儿园可享受员工折扣

住宿：不提供，但提供接机和5天酒店免费住宿，并且校园协助找房。

假期休假：所有中国法定假日+25天额外年假

机票报销：境外候选人机票报销（可报销6,000）

签证办理：支持工签

医疗和意外保险：有商业医疗保险

旅游和交通：入职24个月后，每年有旅游补助(可报销5,000）

其他：受聘方如有家属随行，费用自理。

外教中介佣金和发放方式：

每个外教的悬赏赏金为7000元整，外教到岗满30日付清

注意：

外教三个月内因自身原因或外教中介方原因离职，需要免费换一名。
