KEP Private Preschool September 2018 - May 2019 Istanbul, Turkey Head Year 4\5 Teacher ▪ As a teacher in the year 4/5 year class I planned, organised and energetically led activities designed to promote physical, mental and social development. ▪ I created a fun and interesting learning environment by providing a variety of different material and resources for the students to explore and manipulate. ▪ Continuously adapted teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students varying needs and interests. ▪ Maintained positive relationships and provides daily updates with my student’s parents through daily communication with our school smart phone application. Virgen de los Remedios School October 2016 - June 2018 Madrid, Spain Culture and Language Teacher ▪ Facilitated school-wide English language integration curriculum, fostering bi-cultural appreciation with Spanish co-teachers. ▪ Enthusiastically acted as a linguistic role model in the classroom and as a cultural ambassador for Canada throughout the school. ▪ Successfully prepared 3rd grade students for Trinity exams and 6th grade for Cambridge English proficiency exams (PET and KET). ▪ Worked effectively in collaboration with teaching staff in creating teaching materials and planning classes for 25-30 students in English, Social Science, Natural Science and Art courses.
