May – June 2013 Receptionist and Tour Guide - cruise ship “Litvinov”, Orthodox Cruise Company, Rostov-on-Don, Russia Initially employed as an on-board receptionist but promoted soon after to Tour Guide with personal responsibility for the welfare of a group of 20 tourists of various nationalities. May – July 2012 Receptionist on the cruise ship “Princess Anabella”, Orthodox Cruise Company Front desk position, responsible for greeting guests and solving their problems and inquires.
