I have to address all aspects of communication ago develop each students ability in speaking, listening, reading and writing. New Dynamic Institute, ESL Teacher - 2012 - 2014 Throughout this role teaching all the language skills that enable students to effectively communicate in English, including grammar, pronunciation and accent reduction. I also introduced cultural aspects to ESL students as many worked with foreign colleagues. Brisbane Car Care / STACE Recruitment - 2011 – 2012 Within this role I was the previous owner and founder of STACE recruitment and worked in liason with a personal friend who is C.E.O. Of Brisbane Car Care. I undertook strick interviews and recruiting processes to reveal and recruit true potential in the professional Car detailing and automotive industry. And did administrative daily chores and organised wage subsidairies for the contract of recruited staff that successfully qualified. And did payroll for certain staff in particular sections.
