Team Management
Disseminate FTL and company updates by holding team meeting regularly
Perform clerical task files (updating of TL tasks files,checking of team member's FTL slots ,verifying FTL counts etc.
Teaching Quality Maintenance
Perform Quarterly Evaluation by conducting class observation
Demonstrate classes for team members for training purposes
Provide coaching and feedback to teachers to improve their teaching skills
Assist in training new FTL teachers in handling classes
