CURRENT (FULL TIME)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Improve students’ listening skills, enlarge vocabulary and practice monologue and
dialogue in conversational English.
Helping students express their thoughts, opinions in a basic format, practice small talk,
storytelling skills, and public speaking and presentation skills.
Managing students, assist them with group work tasks, mentoring in public spoken
techniques and present themselves in English.
Expose students to an English cultural environment using topics creating a platform for
discussion and interpretation.
Assisting them with the opportunity to practice various uses of English from expressing
ideas, translation, interpretation, creative writing, journalism, peer encouragement,
western style leadership and interpersonal skills needed in a work/study
environment.
Number of classes 40, sizes ranging from 55 - 60 students per class and ages from 15-16
years. The total amount of students +-2500.
Assign grades and feedback reports related to students class interaction, review weekly
presentation and end of semester exams.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Improve students’ listening skills, enlarge vocabulary and practice monologue and
dialogue in conversational English.
Helping students express their thoughts and opinions in a basic format.
Managing students and their skills to practice their English writing and spoken English
techniques. Expose students to a
cultural environment and topics creating a platform for discussion
Daily administrative tasks: filing, handling deceased documentation, police affidavits,
verification of home affairs documentation and confirming in-house certification
documentation.
Reporting to underwriters relating to deceased and clearing pay-outs for deceased family
members.
Bookkeeping: Capturing payments by members and recording payment history capturing
sales, documentation, commission, etc.
Creating rep sales books and policy’s files for the data collection and record keeping
process.
Meeting with staff to discuss targets, corrections on policy’s documents and
applying corrective training when necessary.
