Used past years reports and statements to understand kids phycology and applied used knowledge to find individual approach to every child. Tested different entertaining techniques to approach the interest zone/ zone of involvement.

EAL means students for whom English is an additional language and in my research I used a the 12-month research data of University of Cambridge to understand the major problems
