Maintain and improve product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance and surveillance audits. - investigate customer complaints - collaborate with other management members to develop new product and manufacturing/ training methods 6. Prepare quality documentation and report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including: failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, re-validations. 7. 1. Manage the establishment, development and maintenance of Quality Control Management System. Ensure the local procedures are updated on a regular basis, requirement changes are followed and implemented. 1. Lead the Quality and Food Safety programs implementation to ensure compliance to global standards and regulatory requirements. 2. Provide subject matter expertise and contribute to the development and revision of Q&FS standards. 8. Initiate support to Technical Innovation and operation teams to ensure that Q&FS Risk assessment is an integral part of all process change and new product introductions. 9. Develop a strong team of individuals capable of delivering technical support to the business with excellence and impact.
