Accomplishments:

1.        Shelf life increase for pastry from 14 to 20 days;

2.        11 NPDs were launched in croissants, pastry and sandwiches in 2017;

3.        Successfully passed the ISO and HACCP Certification Audits by SGS in July 2017;

4.        Made quality improvements to 19 warehouses and depots across the Kingdom;

5.        Support attainment of volume and cost targets by managing resources to ensure accurate, reliable analyses, timely response to operational and logistics needs; to ensure effective response to emerging risks / trends at the site(s).

6.        Represent the site(s) to external auditors, Regulation Authorities or 3rd party accreditation agencies on Q&FS issues. Support quality issues resolution, identify best practice in line with corporate and global standards.

7.        Provide subject matter expertise and contribute to the development and revision of Q&FS standards.

8.        Initiate support to Technical Innovation and operation teams to ensure that Q&FS Risk assessment is an integral part of all process change and new product introductions.

9.        Develop a strong team of individuals capable of delivering technical support to the business with excellence and impact.
