Worked in a busy hectic environment with supporting over 17,000 people. This was a high pressure job which was highly satisfying to fix the issues as quick and professionally as possible. Was even able to be proactive and help reduce the problems before they even occurred. Was able to write instructions on how to fix faults within the business.	Working in a small environment I was able to build my people skills and help teach members of the business in the IT practices. Became familiar with local users which helped speed up the resolution time and then implement practices to prevent further issues. Covered the weekend so that the company could run without any IT worries.	Worked independently, processing requests from the service desk, managing them and get them processed in a timely fashion without any delay. Speeded up processes by changing the internal procedures. Helped Ofsted by going to their offices around the country to resolve issues on site and to stop ongoing problems. Liaised with external and other internal teams to speed up the resolution of calls.
