外教国籍：母语或第一语言为英语
学历：本科或以上
个人情况：其他无要求，符合工签需求即可
工作内容：
1. Design the curriculum (daily, weekly and monthly) and prepare courses with other teachers;
2. Deliver English and multi-cultural lessons to children who are aged from 3-7;
3. Assist in video shooting for daily lesson-plan review and related promotion;
4.Assist in event planning and implementation for specific events;
5. Attend the teaching and researching meeting at every end of the week for lesson-plan conclusion and improvement;
6.Daily greeting at the main entrance for welcoming students and parents;

薪资待遇：
Competitive Local Salary, Bonus & Development
· Basic salary starts from CNY 12,000/month-CNY 15,000/month, depending on the candidate's capabilities and the length of working term
· Salary can be increased by up to CNY 2000 every school year according to seasonal evaluation and assessment
· Coaches will have the opportunities to further develop their professional skills in the field by joining the oversea exchange trip
Accommodation & Flight Ticket
· The accommodation and annual flight reimbursement will be arranged and covered by the institution
· Coaches will be arranged to live in a single hotel suit or an apartment unit
Culture & Activities
· Activities such as networking events, city exploration, cuisine exploration and travel to other Chinese cities etc. will be organized and covered by the institution
· Chinese classes will be offered depending on the need of coaches. With over 6 months of training, an intermediate level of mandarin can be obtained
Meals
3 meals will also be provided during the break hours

Experienced recruiter will guide you through the process; Comprehensive on-boarding to assist your acclimation
Job Rotation Program
Certain routines can be designed based on the need of coaches and schools. For example, 3 months working 3 months in other provinces

Health insurance and legal Z work visa will be covered.
外教中介佣金和发放方式：
每个外教的悬赏赏金母语外教为9000元，非母语外教为7000元，外教到岗7日内支付50%给外教中介机构，外教到岗满30日付清余款。
注意：
外教三个月内因自身原因或外教中介方原因离职，需要免费换一名。
