招聘条件：
（1）外教国籍：来自美国、英国、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰、等英语母语国家
（2）外教学历：本科以上学历，并已毕业两年以上。
（3）外教个人情况：年龄在25-40岁，年轻，外在形象好的白人外教。
（4）合同期：1年，按法定节假日休息。
（5）外教资历：需要具备英语教学证书（如TEFL），专业为语言类专业，擅长歌舞乐器等优先。
工作内容：
（1）工作时间：20 teaching hours + 10 office hours per week, two days off per week
（2）教授课程：冠亚教育集团统一教学体系内的英语口语类课程
（3）学生年龄：3岁到15岁
（4）班级人数：每班不超过20人
（5）坐班情况：除上课时间外，每周需要不少于10个小时的坐班。
薪资待遇：
（1）薪资和发放方式：按月薪资为10000左右 RMB，每月最后一天17:30前发放上月工资。
（2）住宿：提供住宿补贴1200，外教到岗后学校会先提供5天左右的酒店住宿，并协助找房子。
（3）假期休假：按中国法定假日及圣诞节。
（4）合同奖金：满年在合同结束时发放6000元。
（5）签证办理：给外教办理工作签证、外国专家证。
（6）医疗保险：学校给外教办医疗保险。
（7）旅游和交通：无补贴。
（8）受聘方如有家属随行，费用自理。
外教中介佣金和发放方式：
每个外教的悬赏赏金为5000元整，外教到岗两周内支付50%给外教中介机构，外教到岗满一个月付清
备注：
1.外教三个月内因自身原因或外教中介方原因离开，需要按照用人单位需求时间免费换一名。
2.外教中介所推介外教一定为无犯罪记录外教，如果用人过程中发现此类问题，免费换一名。
